This proposed study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of preoperative administration Sintilimab combined with nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin in salivary gland malignant neoplasms who are about to undergo surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as Sintilimab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Surgery is usually the first choice for early-stage oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). However, there is currently a lack of consensus on whether patients with clinically negative cervical lymph nodes (N0) should undergo elective neck dissection (END) at the same time. About 20-30% of cT1-2N0M0 oral cancer patients have occult lymph node metastasis, and existing examination methods cannot accurately predict occult cervical lymph node metastasis. Neoadjuvant Tislelizumab Plus Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Oral/Oropharyngeal Cancer (NeoSPOT)
Previous studies confirmed locally advanced oral/oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LA OSCC or OPSCC) patients with a pathological response had higher probability of survival in neoadjuvant settings. Several ongoing trials of neoadjuvant immunotherapy in head and neck cancer showed promising results. However, the optimal regimen remains unclear. This trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant therapy with anti-programmed cell death 1 monoclonal antibody Tislelizumab and chemotherapy, followed by surgery and adjuvant radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy plus Tislelizumab in LA OSCC or OPSCC.

Neurosensorial Disorder and Pain in Oral Cavity and Oropharynx Cancer Traited Patients (OCAPA)
Following preliminary studies carried out in our department on these subject and subjective findings during clinical examinations, it has been shown that pain is a symptom that is rarely reported following treatment. Instead, neurosensory disorders such as hypoesthesia and paresthesia are found. The objective of the study is to map and qualitatively evaluate neurosensory disorders in patients treated for cancers of the oral cavity and oropharynx.

ONS in Gastric Cancer After Total Gastrectomy
Gastric cancer patients after total gastrectomy will be randomized to oral nutritional supplement group or control group at discharge. Patients will receive 6 months of oral nutritional supplement or normal diet after discharge. The primary and secondary outcomes will be collected.

Overall objective of this work is to develop better ways of detecting, diagnosing and measuring oral diseases and structures using light and optical approaches.
