Nutritional Supplementation in Head and Neck Cancers
The purpose of this study is to determine whether multimodal nutrition therapy (primary nutrition intervention + adjuvant nutrition therapy) will support patients to optimize their total caloric intake during cancer treatment by measuring the difference in mean cumulative energy intake between the intervention and control group over the duration of cancer treatment.

OPTI - DOSE: Optimal Dosing of Oral Anticancer Drugs in Older Adults
The study hypothesis is that a lower starting dose of anticancer tablet treatments can lead to better treatment tolerability in older patients, while the benefits of treatment can be the same. The trial population consists of 30 patients aged 65 years or older, who are starting treatment with one of these anti cancer tablet treatments: pazopanib, olaparib, lenvatinib, sunitinib or palbociclib. Oral Cancer Awareness in Egypt
Oral cancer is a fatal disease with high prevalence and poor survival rate. Most oral cancer cases can be detected by the patients themselves. So, when a patient is aware of oral caner, the patient would realize its signs and symptom and seek early medical care; therefore, improving the prognosis. To our knowledge, the level of awareness of oral cancer has not been investigated in Egyptian population. Therefore, this study is planned to be a pilot study as a first study in Egypt.

Oral Cell DNA Adducts in Smokers
DNA adducts in the oral mucosa cells of 100 smokers from 3 ethnic groups - Native Hawaiians, Whites, and Japanese Americans with differing risks for lung cancer upon cigarette smoking will be quantified. DNA adducts of tobacco smoke carcinogens will be quantified using both targeted and untargeted approaches.
