Phase I/II, Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of BLEX 404 With Docetaxel in Patients With Advanced/Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
The primary purpose of this study is to determine the safety and recommended dose level (RDL) of BLEX 404 Oral Liquid combined with Docetaxel monotherapy in a 21-day schedule. The secondary purpose is to assess the efficacy and safety of BLEX 404 Oral Liquid combined with Docetaxel monotherapy.

Pioglitazone-Metformin Combination Treatment for High Risk Oral Preneoplasia
This is a Phase IIa oral cavity leukoplakia study of pioglitazone 15mg and metformin 500mg BID for 12 weeks. The primary objective is to determine the clinical and histologic changes of leukoplakia from baseline following a 12 week course of twice daily pioglitazone-metformin. Outcomes are defined as are a reduction of the leukoplakia grade in > 50% of treated participants and a partial or complete clinical response defined as 50% or greater reduction in the sum of measured targeted lesions. Prospective Registry Study on the Implementation of Simultaneous Postoperative Radiochemotherapy for Salivary Gland Carcinomas of the Head and Neck Region
This is a prospective registry study based on a standard therapy concept for postoperative simultaneous radiochemotherapy established in Erlangen and elsewhere. The efficacy and tolerability of simultaneous postoperative radiochemotherapy is being investigated. Patients with locally advanced high-grade salivary gland carcinoma after oncological resection are admitted.

Safety and Efficacy of Oral Etoposide Combined With Antirotinib and Envollizumab in Elderly Patients With Lung Cancer
This study aims to explore the safety and efficacy of etoposide capsules combined with anrotinib and Envollizumab in elderly patients with extensive small cell lung cancer.This is a single-center, single-arm exploratory clinical study. 30 patients with extensive small-cell lung cancer are scheduled to be enrolled. Treatment regimen is etoposide capsule 100mg PO qd*7d, antirotinib 12mg PO qd*14d, Emvolizumab 300mg/ IH Q3W, every 21 days, until disease progression or intolerable adverse reactions or death.

Saliva Testing for High-Risk Human Papillomavirus Infection Oral Cavity and Pharynx Cancer
The purpose of this research study is to determine if saliva and oral swab samples can be used to detect human papillomavirus in patients with cancer. In this study, the methods required to detect human papillomavirus will be developed and tested in samples collected from patients with oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and compared to samples collected from participants without cancer.
