Pemetrexed and Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of Recurrent and/or Metastatic Salivary Gland Cancer
This phase II trial studies the effect of pemetrexed and pembrolizumab in treating patients with salivary gland cancer that has come back (recurrent) and/or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether...

Pharmacokinetics of Oral Antiplatelet Agents After Distal Gastrectomy
This study is aimed to investigate the changes in pharmacokinetics and efficacy of antiplatelet agents before and after distal gastrectomy in gastric cancer patients taking oral antiplatelet agents for primary or secondary treatment for cardiovascular disease and to evaluate its impact on the occurrence of postoperative bleeding complications and thromboembolic events.

Phase 1/2 Study of BDTX-1535 in Patients With Glioblastoma or Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With EGFR Mutations
BDTX-1535-101 is an open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and Phase 2 multiple cohort study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), optimal dosage, central nervous system (CNS) activity, and antitumor activity of BDTX-1535. The study population comprises adults with either advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with non-classical or acquired epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) resistance (EGFR C797S) mutations with or without CNS disease (in Phase 1 and Phase 2), or glioblastoma (GBM) expressing EGFR alterations (Phase 1 only). All patients will self-administer BDTX-1535 monotherapy by mouth in 21-day cycles. Phase 1 enrollment is now complete....

Phase 1/2 Study of TU2218 Alone and in Combination With Checkpoint Inhibitors in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
This study consists of Part A for monotherapy and Part B for combination therapy to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of TU2218 in patients with advanced solid tumors. The main purpose of Phase 1 is to determined the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TU2218 and the main purpose of Phase 2 is to evaluate the antitumor activity of TU2218 at RP2D.

Phase 1 Study of RBN-2397, an Oral PARP7 Inhibitor, in Patients With Solid Tumors
RBN-2397 inhibits PARP7, an enzyme that is switched on by cancer stresses, such as the toxins in cigarette smoke. Cancer cells use PARP7 to hide from the immune system by stopping the cell from sending a signal (Type 1 interferon) that tells the immune system that something is wrong and to kill the cell. RBN-2397 has been shown in animal studies to inhibit tumor growth and also shuts down the "don't kill me" signal the tumor is sending to evade the immune system. As a PARP7 inhibitor RBN-2397 is different from drugs inhibiting PARP1, PARP2 and PARP3 enzymes which are approved for the treatment of certain ovarian and breast cancers. ...

Phase II Investigation of Pembrolizumab in Combination With Bevacizumab and Oral Cyclophosphamide in Patients With High Grade Ovarian Cancer and Surgically Documented Minimal Residual Disease After Frontline Therapy
To find out if combining pembrolizumab, bevacizumab (or an equivalent biosimilar drug), and low-dose cyclophosphamide can help control high-grade ovarian cancer that has MRD after treatment. The safety of this treatment combination will also be studied.
