A Study to Assess an ATX Inhibitor (IOA-289) in Patients With Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer
The objective of study IOA-289-102 is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of IOA-289 in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer in combination with standard chemotherapy consisting of gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. Blood and tumour samples for PK and PD will be collected and assessments for determination of any clinical efficacy will be completed.

A Study to Assess the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Antitumor Activity of Oral TACH101 in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Cancer
The main objective for part 1a of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of oral TACH101 in participants with advanced and metastatic solid tumors. For part 1b, the main objective is the objective response rate (ORR) as assessed by radiographic progression measured by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v1.1.

A Study to Compare the Blood Levels and Safety of Tazemetostat in Participants With Advanced Cancer and Moderate/Severe Liver Impairment to Participants With Advanced Cancer and Normal Liver Function
This main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the study drug tazemetostat. The pharmacokinetics of the study drug in participants with advanced solid tumors and moderate or severe hepatic (liver) impairment will be compared with participants with advanced malignancies and normal hepatic function. An advanced malignancy is a cancer that has recurred (come back) after prior treatment or hasn't controlled with treatment. The trial will also study the safety of the study drug in participants (how well it is tolerated).

A Study to Evaluate Tovorafenib in Pediatric and Young Adult Participants With Relapsed or Progressive Low-Grade Glioma and Advance Solid Tumors
This is a Phase 2, multi center, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Type II RAF (tovorafenib) in pediatric participants with low-grade glioma or advanced solid tumors. Qualifying genomic alterations will be identified through molecular assays as routinely performed at Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) of 1988 or other similarly certified laboratories prior to enrollment into any of the arms. The study will consist of a screening period, a treatment period, a long-term extension phase, end of treatment (EOT) visit(s), a safety follow-up visit, and long-term follow-up assessments.

This study consists of Phase 1 and Phase 2 components in subjects with advanced solid tumors and lymphoma who have progressed despite having standard therapy or for which no standard therapy exists.
