Wide-Field and High Resolution In Vivo Imaging in Visualizing Lesions in Patients With Oral Neoplasia Undergoing Surgery
This clinical trial studies wide-field and high resolution in vivo imaging in visualizing lesions in patients with abnormal or uncontrolled oral cell growth (neoplasia) undergoing surgery. Diagnostic procedures, such as wide-field and high resolution in vivo imaging, are devices that let researchers look at a wide area of the lining of the mouth by shining different colors inside the mouth and taking pictures and this may help doctors to decide if a mouth lesion has a high risk of being pre-cancerous or cancerous.

WORST PATTERN OF INVASION IN ORAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA
Cancer of the oral mucosa, also known as oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), occurs as an ulceroproliferative lesion that can develop at any site in the mouth, from the lips to oropharynx. OSCC (Oral squamous cell carcinoma) is a biologically aggressive tumor and this has piqued interest in research into several prognostic histopathological indicators during the past few decades. The AJCC 8th edition TNM staging system incorporates histopathological factors including depth of invasion (DOI) that affect patient outcomes. Numerous studies have linked a poor prognosis and increased locoregional failure with certain "patterns of ...

Safety and Effectiveness of ABM-168 in Adults with Advanced Solid Tumors.
This is a Phase 1, First-in-Human (FIH), open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of ABM-168 in adult patients with RAS or RAF or NF-1 mutated advanced solid tumors as ABM-168 may have a significant effect in inhibiting cell growth.

3D Ultrasound, Specimen Examination by Surgeon, and MRI in Surgical Margin Assessment
In the current protocol, application of 3D ex-vivo ultrasound, MRI, and clinical evaluation (palpation and examination) by the surgeon is proposed to analyze the margin status in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and correlate the results to the histopathology findings.

Analyzing Handprint Patterns to Predict Oral Cancer Risks: A Comparative Study
Aims: To evaluate the qualitative and quantitative parameters of finger and palmar dermatoglyphic patterns in patients with oral premalignant and malignant lesions OBJECTIVES: 1. To record and study the palmar and fingerprint patterns in patients with oral premalignant and malignant lesions 2. To assess the variations in patterns of dermatoglyphic features between cases and controls and to observe the significant result. 3. To evaluate which dermatoglyphic pattern is predominant among patients with premalignant and malignant lesions. Materials and METHODS: Fingerprints and palm prints were studied in 160 patients, who were ...

Antitumor-B KAC PK Study
Study Design: A Window of Opportunity Clinical Trial. This study design permits examination of effects of an oral agent on cancer patients during the "window" between diagnosis of their cancer and their definitive cancer surgery. Similar to a phase 0 study, the trial design permits examination of the biologic effects of an agent; in this study pharmacokinetic properties will be examined.
