Repeatability of 68-GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 PET/CT in Breast Carcinoma Patients
Study objective: Cohort 1: To quantify the uptake of 68GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 in local or distant metastases from breast carcinoma patients and to assess repeatability of the image-based HER2 quantification. The uptake will be correlated to results obtained via biopsy of the same lesion, if available. Cohort 2: To report on uptake of 68GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 in different cancer types that might overexpress HER2 Cohort 3: To explore the feasibility and added value of 68GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 in the neoadjuvant setting of HER2-expressing breast carcinoma Time schedule: After inclusion, patients will be injected...

Role of Acetaldehyde in the Development of Oral Cancer
This is a minimal risk intervention study where healthy volunteers and individuals with Fanconi anemia will consume a single dose of alcohol and provide primarily non-invasive biological samples at various time points. Biospecimens to be collected include saliva, oral cells collected via mouthwash and cheek brush, and urine. The collection of two blood samples (5 mL each) will be optional and banked for future use.

RRx-001 for Reducing Oral Mucositis in Patients Receiving Chemotherapy and Radiation for Head and Neck Cancer
The purpose of this study is to determine if RRx-001, which is added on to the cisplatin and radiation treatment, reduces the incidence of severe oral mucositis in patients with head and neck cancers. All patients in this study will receive 7 weeks of standard of care radiation therapy given with the chemotherapy agent, cisplatin. Patients will receive RRx-001 or placebo before start of standard of care treatment.

Safety and Efficacy of APG-157 in Head and Neck Cancer
The purpose of this clinical research study is to study safety and efficacy of orally administered APG-157 as the neoadjuvant/induction therapy in newly diagnosed, locally advanced patients with Head & Neck Cancer of oral cavity and/or oropharynx. The study hypothesis is that neoadjuvant use of APG-157 will reduce the tumor burden prior to any definitive therapy to improve the outcomes over current standard of care.

Safety and Efficacy of Cyclophosphamide, Sorafenib, Bevacizumab, and Atezolizumab in Pediatric Solid Tumor Patients
This is a phase I/II study to evaluate the safety of combining intravenous (IV) atezolizumab and bevacizumab every three weeks, with daily oral cyclophosphamide and pharmacokinetic (PK)-guided sorafenib in children and adolescent and young adults (AYA) with relapsed or refractory solid malignancies (Part 1), and then evaluate the response rate of this combination in children, AYA with relapsed or refractory hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other rare solid malignancies (Part 2). Primary Objectives Part 1 - To establish the safety associated with the administration of the combination of cyclophosphamide, PK-guided...

Safety and Efficacy of Oral Testosterone Undecanoate Followed by Enzalutamide as Therapy for Men With Metastatic Castrate Resistant Prostate Cancer
Previous studies of high dose testosterone therapy given intramuscularly to men with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer suggest that high serum levels of testosterone may be required for clinical response. This injection regimen was given as one dose of 400mg injection every 28 days, which initially produces high serum testosterone levels but these levels drop to a varying degree in some men over the 28-day cycle. In this 30 patient trial will analyze the effects of oral testosterone therapy in men with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer taken on a schedule of seven days of oral testosterone therapy followed...

Safety and Efficacy Study of PRV211 in Subjects With Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
PRV211 is a sterilized nano engineered delivery system intended for intraoperative chemotherapy treatment for all solid tumor surgeries immediately following surgical excision. The goal is to treat the tumor bed locally, eliminating any remaining micro metastases or close margins that are unable to be fully resected while avoiding system circulation. This study will enroll up to 40 subjects. In this study both safety and efficacy will be evaluated. All subjects will be monitored for possible DLTs.
